The Australian carbon market is one of the most established and well-regulated carbon markets globally, underpinned by robust governance, measurement and verification requirements.
Demand for Australian Carbon Credit Units (ACCUs) is expected to grow driven by regulated demand under the Safeguard Mechanism, alongside voluntary corporate decarbonisation commitments.
