Rosalie Brady

Rosalie joined Duxton in 2022 as Group General Counsel and is responsible for providing legal and governance expertise across the Duxton Group.

Before joining Duxton, Rosalie practised law in Australia and the United Kingdom, including as a Partner at Fisher Jeffries and a Legal Director at Burness Paull. She has extensive experience advising on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, capital raisings, corporate governance, commercial contracts and financial services.

Rosalie holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from the University of Adelaide, a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Laws, and is a graduate of the Company Directors Course conducted by the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
