Lucy, Head of People & Culture, joined Duxton in 2019. Her responsibilities include providing Human Resource advice across the Duxton Group. Her diverse human resource technical expertise including, advising of workplace matters, legislation and award interpretation, contract management, disciplinary matters, learning and development and HR policy development. She has a risk management approach to ensure compliance whilst using her business acumen to bring a commercial focus.

Prior to joining Duxton she worked for a large accounting and financial services organisation providing HR consulting services and advice to internal and external clients.
