Kelly Carter

Kelly joined Duxton in 2026 as Office Manager and Executive Support, working as Executive Assistant to CEO James Shopov and CIO Will Brennan, while providing support across Duxton’s Executive Team. She is dedicated to delivering exceptional service, fostering positive relationships and providing seamless support to our executive team, staff and clients.

Prior to joining the team at Duxton, Kelly worked in a variety of executive support and guest service management focused roles across the wine and tourism sector.
